TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

ORDERS:

 

All orders, both online and over the phone, require 48 hours (2 working days) notice.

 

Weekend orders must be minimum of $500 exc GST and delivery.

 

We will always endeavour to fill your order no matter when it comes in but please remember we do not sleep in the office and cannot reply to responses out of our office hours, 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

 

CANCELLATIONS: 

 

Cancellations after 12:00pm on the preceding day will be charged at 75% of the quoted price. Amendments to orders can be made up until this time. 

 

DELIVERY: 

 

There is a delivery charge of $10.00 per drop-off. There will be an additional charge for deliveries outside the Wellington CBD, cost is dependent on location.

 

Wellington suburbs $25.00 | Lower Hutt $40.00 | Porirua $40.00

 

We will deliver at the time stated by the customer. If your delivery is delayed for reasons beyond our control we will make all endeavours to inform you. 

 

FOOD HANDLING: 

 

Savoury items are delivered hot and ready to serve, unless requested cold. Food should be kept refrigerated until required.

 

Crates, plates and other equipment used to deliver or present food remain property of The Catering Studio and will be collected the day following delivery.

 

EQUIPMENT: 
 

A list of plates and equipment will be provided with your order. Please ensure plates are clean and stacked ready for pick up the following day.

 

Breakages, losses or damaged equipment will be charged if necessary by separate invoice.

 

PAYMENT: 

 

Payment will be charged in $NZD. Payment may be made by invoice or credit card.

 

We accept credit card payment by Visa and Mastercard. Credit card payments will incur a 3% surcharge.

 

Payment by invoice must be made within 7 days unless otherwise arranged.
